I found the 403A sitting on the cold floor at a local garage sale. After I paid the lady and was hurrying to the car before she could change her mind, it occurred to me that I had not asked her if it worked! Well, it does work, and nicely, too! All it needed was a little cleaning and oiling.
It came with only it's foot controller, fortunately I have the 401A which can share its attachments.
