The cabinet, prior to clean-up. I really like the metal drawer holders and the knobs on the drawers turn and latch. To clean the cabinet, I followed the instructions on Captain Dick's page . It turned out really nicely, although, other than being dry, there wasn't much wrong in the first place.
If you are interested in the Standard cabinets, The Treadler's Village has a Standard Sewing Machine Catalog on-line. According to that catalog, this is the "Standard Grand" cabinet.

You can see the hinged door in this photo. This door provides access to the bobbin area. It's kind of tricky to insert the bobbin case. You have to open the door, hold the bobbin case and reach in with your left hand, all the while holding a lever up with your right hand.
